Refund & Delivery Policy

The DatingTypes quiz and basic Connection Signature result are free. We plan to offer an optional personalised Connection Playbook PDF for US$2.49 as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription. Checkout is not live and we are not accepting payments.

Planned digital delivery

After a future payment is verified, the intended fulfilment is an emailed PDF sent to the checkout email address, with an additional secure download option. Delivery timing, resend process and support response target must be finalised before checkout is enabled.

Final sales and no change-of-mind refunds

Once a digital report has been purchased, the sale is generally final. We do not offer refunds because you change your mind, dislike your personality result, or decide not to read or use the report. Please review the description and price before purchasing.

Delivery problems and exceptional cases

If your report is missing, inaccessible, or materially incorrect, contact us so we can investigate and attempt to correct or resend it. We may grant a refund in exceptional circumstances at our discretion, including duplicate charges or a report we cannot reasonably deliver or correct. Nothing in this policy limits remedies required by applicable law. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method.

Refund requests

We assess requests individually, but submitting a request does not guarantee a discretionary refund. This policy does not exclude statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
